Abstract
The spoke will create a network of research centers and laboratories, large-scale demonstration environments, full-scale prototypal applications to achieve the following goals: Increase capacity in regional, High-Speed and freight transport; Alternative traction system and alternative energy optimal use for the service infrastructure; Digitization of railway to improve safety, maintenance efficiency, and railway asset management; Innovation and technological advancement of freight transport, to increase its safety, efficiency and in a multi-modal view, connecting the ports.
